Advertising Policies

All advertising appearing in The Senior Paper is subject to approval prior to print by The Senior Paper. We reserve the right to reject any advertising that we deem to be inappropriate for print. This may include, but is not limited to, quality and/or content of advertisement.

Advertising must be approved by clients prior to print, either in the form of signed ad proof or email approval, indicating the ad is approved for print. We reserve the right not to print material that has not been approved for print and we accept no liability for advertising appearing in print that may contains errors.

Payment is due at time of booking for all non-agency advertising. To ensure advertising appears in the requested edition, payment should be received by our office no later that 5:00 PM on the 12th day of the month, prior to publication.

Advertising booked and/or purchased via website: By purchasing advertising via our website, you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions of use: 1. All advertising must be approved for print by The Senior Paper. We reserve the right to refuse any and all advertising that we deem inappropriate and/or unacceptable for print. 2. Refused advertisements will receive notification by email with only the explanation that 'your ad does not meet our print standards and/or it has been declined at the discretion of The Senior Paper.' At that time, any payments made for declined advertising will be refunded. 3. Paying for and submitting an advertisement to The Senior Paper through this website does not automatically guarantee the ad will appear in print. 4. Payment must be received for all advertising and approval must be given to all advertising prior to print. 5. We do not accept the following advertising: Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) or similar ads; adult-services/companion ads; ads that may request/require entry into a reader's home. 6. Unless otherwise notified, the deadline for booking advertising is the 10th day of each month prior to the next issue, (ie: March 10th for APR issue).
